Oxygen London Ltd website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your authority.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Oxygen London however, colours vary from camera to camera as well as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

When you purchase an item, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. Once your order has been processed you will receive shipping information.

We try to make sure that all details, description and prices that appear on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing we will notify you immediately by either correcting the price or cancelling your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, either in increase or decrease of goods, or remove or vary service, therefore payment of goods will not be reimbursed if order has been placed after price change. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Free UK Standard Delivery

Free UK Standard Delivery will be made within 2 - 5 working days after you place your order, within that time frame you will receive a shipping notification, you should expect to receive your delivery within 1-2 working days, however still allow up to 5 working days for order to be delivered.

A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

We do aim to assist you where ever possible , so if you have that special occasion and need a delivery please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll try and meet your needs as best we can, please email info@oxygen-london.com 

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery for all UK orders placed before 3pm at £7 (Monday-Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays) Orders placed for next day delivery before 3pm will be dispatched same day ready for next day delivery. For orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next following business day. Orders placed after on Saturday/Sunday and after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day. Next day delivery is not available on Saturday & Sundays. A signature will be required upon receipt so please ensure that there is someone there to accept it. If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left to arrange a redelivery or collection.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

International deliveries are made via Royal Mail (and can only be tracked by Oxygen London)

All international customers will still be required to sign for their purchase(s)

Once you have purchased your item(s), you will receive an email, acknowledging your order

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Oxygen London have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery/collection.

Shipping and Returns postage are not refundable.

Please note that the website charges in GBP (Pounds). Please note that any currency conversions on the site are only estimates and charges will still be made in GBP.

We accept refunds on clothing only, we do not accept refunds for bags, accessories & footwear. We offer exchanges on any of the products if you feel that you want to change the colour or size. Please contact us by email (info@oxygen-london.com) to advise of the return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached within 14 days of receiving order. If we cannot provide you with the size/colour that you require we are happy to exchange for a different item that totals to the same amount.

Most of our garments from the LUXE COLLECTION have been hand beaded or have a lot of embellishment trimmings. Slight irregularities and variations should not be regarded as defect. Because of the fragile beading of the garments , its is normal occurrence for some of the beads to fall off. For that reason, we can provide extra beads with your garments on request. Please contact our customer care team if you wish to have spare beads. 

YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS to inform us that you wish to return an item via email to info@oxygen-london.com Please include your returns form with your parcel, if returns forms or order details are not included in returns we can't guarantee that the return will be processed within the 10-14 working day window.

Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except if the returned item is faulty. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please make sure you check our size guide before placing your order although we do offer standard UK sizes, they may differ to other companies sizing.

• All discount codes will have a expiry date and competitions will have a closing date.

• Only one promotion code can be used per order.

• A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed, even if your order has not been dispatched.

• Prizes are non refundable and Oxygen London have the right to alter the prize if the item is not available in the size required by the winner (alternative prize will be of same value).

Your account with Oxygen London contains your billing and delivery details, your email address and a record of your order. No other details are stored or used. Please note we have no record or stored information related to your credit card, (no access to credit card numbers). You will need your email & password to see or edit your personal details.

Oxygen London collects customer data, which is provided voluntarily in an effort to improve and enhance our customer’s online shopping experience. We also use it for marketing and promotional use only. Customers have the option to be removed from the list at any time.

Oxygen London send out items as soon as payment is made.

Paying instantly with PayPal means payments are received straight away.

Oxygen London do not have access to your bank/payment details, this is all kept with Paypal. Paypal Terms and Conditions apply.

You can also make payments using your debit card or credit card through Stripe.
